These carts come in various forms, powered by different energy sources like batteries, rails, cables, or diesel engines, depending on the specific operational requirements.

Transfer Carts are mainly divided into two types: track (rail) type transfer cart and trackless transfer cart. The following is an introduction to these two types of transfer cart:
Track transfer carts are powered by an electrified rail system, provide consistent, uninterrupted energy. The power source AC 380v is transformed into AC 36v two-phase and are respectively connected to the two rails. Then the transfer cart's wheels conduct the AC 36v on rail into the electrical appliance box at the bottom of the carts. And then the AC 36v is transformed into DC 36v and then control the DC motor through the Dc control system to make the transfer cart start, stop, go forward and backward and adjust the speed and sol on.
Trackless transfer carts is powered by battery, which is installed inside of the cart body. Electrical control system leads to the DC motor driven electric transfer cart to start, stop, go forward, back up turn left, turn right, adiust speed and so on by operating the remote control, For this kind of transfer cart, it is no need to install the rail on the ground, its can directly
work on fat hard road/ground, cement floor, which adopts solid PU rubber wheel with good mobility.
