Slewing Drive Reducer integrates precision deceleration, slewing support and drive functions, which significantly improves equipment safety and space efficiency. Its worm gear structure realizes mechanical self-locking, eliminating the risk of uncontrolled loads (e.g. crane boom falling) and saving additional braking costs; the modular design saves 40% of installation space and reduces the complexity of the mainframe; and the high-precision roller meshing (90%+ transmission efficiency) and carburized quenching process provide a life span of 3 times that of traditional gears, with a maintenance cycle of more than 5,000 hours. Suitable for wind power yawing, solar tracking, engineering machinery rotary table and other heavy-duty scenarios, supporting hydraulic/electric dual drive, customized interfaces to flexibly cope with harsh working conditions.
